Nature the store house of all ideas and the mother of all inspirational resources has inspired the poets, painters, musicians and even scientists for centuries. One of the most inspiring phenomenon in nature is the transformation of a caterpillar to a butterfly through the transformation of a tiny insects that once crawled to a brilliantly colored creature that can fly, nature gently upholds the message “good things comes to those who waits” and inspires us to preserve.
Each time a seed drives its way through the soil in order to survive, each time a river overcomes on its path, each time a wiggly caterpillars transforms itself into a beautiful butterfly, nature is inspiring to excel. When nature can do so many things with their brainless head to inspire all the intellectual people in the world, why can’t a boy like me can win the heart of that beautiful girl.
It was a Saturday afternoon very tiring and exhausted after a long social work in a sunny day. I went to my rented house, got my dressed changed and I got ready to go home as the next day was holiday. My friends bid me a save journey and gave me a strong hand shake and I moved away. I waited taxi patiently for about fifteen minutes. Suddenly a taxi appeared where I got in. As soon as I entered into the taxi I saw two gentlemen and a lady. I quietly sat near that girl. As our journey started I looked shyly on that girl, oh! God she was such a beautiful girl that as if an angel from the heaven by mistake came to earth.
I don’t know what had happened to me but I felt that I am really in love with that girl. As I am so much engrossed in her beauty and charm, I even didn’t know that from where the two gentlemen dropped out and by that time we are the top of a town. Driver gently said where I can drop you sir. Oh! Sorry sir, are you going to drukgyel. Yes, he replied promptly. As soon as she heard that she said “CHARO I am also going to drukgyel, will you help me where Aum Yankis house is. Definitely I replied. From that we started introducing to each other. Despite her physical beauty she is also doing a noble job. She is working in a Thimphu hospital. I couldn’t talk more as my love towards her grew stronger and stronger as she talks and drew all my attentions.
Meanwhile we had reached Satsam chorten. She was politely talking to the driver. “Uncle is you returning Thimphu today, yes replied the driver. Can you call me in this number when you return back as I have to return back today itself. She writes her number 17326343 and gives it to the driver. I thought this is the best way to know her better and I memorized her number without her permission. The time is moving too fast and the wheel rotating at its full speed.
Within a minute we had reached our destination. She asked me where Aum Yankis house is, I pointed my finger to Aum Yankis house. She thanked me and went away. As soon as she moved away I recollected her number and saved in my cell. Though I had her number I even couldn’t ask her name I thought I failed. In the course of a river, in the life cycle of a butterfly and even in a tiny seed….. Nature has message of inspiration. The birth of a plant is one such inspiring even- the root and shoot of a germinating seed exert considerable force to burst, open the seed coat break through the hard grounds to begins its life. Each time a tiny seedling pushes its way through the soil, the inspiration nature sends us is that the “roots of success are formed through hard work”.
Nature inspired me to go forward. Next day I started sending short sms asking her good name and asking her whether she is single or mingled. She started calling me but I didn’t respond to her call as I have fear inside that she would betray me. I kept on sending sms for a week to gain her love. After crossing a weak long I started calling her sharing all my feelings towards her in nervousness. She didn’t accept my proposal for a long duration and we just became a good friend but I didn’t lose my hope instead I kept on trying. I asked her to meet once and she just agreed. I gave her opportunity to fix the date when she will come to meet me. She finally decided to come on Sunday. I eagerly waited for Sunday to come. At 9:30 am in the morning I received a call from her saying where you are. I just stood up and said I am at home near NIE Bridge and she asked me to get her. At that time my heart melted with joy and happiness. I got her home, gave her a cup of coffee and shared my feelings towards her. Thank you god at last she accepted my proposal.
After that onwards we meet frequently as the love between two of us grew stronger. Later we decided to live together and got her transfer to Paro hospital and we two lived happily ever after. Though we two have been born and brought up at different places faith brought us together and we too have sweet memories to tell to our grand Childs.
